I don't see the bitlocker recovery key on my account. How can I recover my files on the HDD?

I have an old laptop using HDD. I upgraded it and installed SSD. Now, when I tried getting the old files from the HDD, it requires Bitlocker Keys.When I checked my Microsoft 365 account, my device is not listed.
