I don’t have a bitlocker key anywhere

I don’t have a stupid bitlocker key anywhere I’ve checked my accounts and i don’t have it . I can’t get into my laptop because of this dumb system. What can I do besides factory reset my laptop? I’ve tried all the advanced options. Can someone please help me
