Please help ex employee

[Windows 11]

I’ve just finished a contract with Microsoft and was using my own Lenovo laptop. Tried to log in today and couldn’t. Put in my details several times and now the only option is to provide Bitlocker details which I don’t have. I have no access to my laptop and I was supposed to start a new job today, which hasn’t happened. Please advise
