I can't sign on to my laptop after an update and Windows reset isn't working.

I had a Windows 11 update that seemed to take a long time to complete. Afterward my facial recognition said "something is wrong", there is no longer an option to ever my pin, and it says my password is wrong even after changing it in my Microsoft account. I worked with Lenovo tech support and tried removing the latest update (it said it can't and to run a reset), run diagnostics (got an error message), remove my pin using command prompts, and running a reset with keeping my files (it seemed to run correctly but still won't let me sign in).
