I can't sign into my windows account

Yesterday I noticed my phone link wasn't connecting to my phone like it normally would. I figured I just needed to updated my laptop (Asus G16 G603VI). I went to bed and woke up to troubleshoot more. I have received multiple error codes depending on how I try to sign in but whenever a pop-up tab opens to sign into windows it either stalls and loads forever or gives me an error code. The most recent error code is 0x80190001. I have reset everything reinstalled my network adapter tried it on my mobile hotspot, reinstalled windows, created a new user, and a few other things that I can't remember.
