I can't login while in Recovery Mode

Pretty self explanatory. I've been trying to upgrade to Windows 11 all day by switching off Legacy boot. Couldn't figure it out with a bootable usb, tried going into Recovery mode holding SHIFT as I restart my PC. Get in, try to open command prompt, get asked for a password. I know all my passwords, boom. Should be easy. Not a single one works, I reset twice, neither of those work. I also changed my name on my Microsoft account to experiment and that DID change in recovery mode, yet none of my passwords are being accepted, therefore I can't get into command prompt and continue enabling secure
