I can’t login to my laptop and need a pin I can’t get

I started my laptop and it said bit locker recovery key needed. So I logged in on my phone to find the key and had to reset my password to get there because I didn’t have it written down physically. I put the recovery key in, then my laptop said because I reset my password I needed a new pin. Click on setup pin, can’t do that without WiFi. Go to connect to WiFi, need some nonspecific login to even connect to the network. I am soft locked from doing any and all homework so please help me.
