i cant install windows 11 24H2

When i attempt to install straight from settings it stops at around 71% and tells me "we couldnt update the system reserved partition"windows pc health checkup tells me my system fits all the requirements for windows 11windows installation assistant also stops at 3/3 71% and gives me the error codes 0x8007007f and 0xc1900201 depending on if i ran it as administrator
