I can't Activate the new pc. I bought Microsoft Windows 10/11 from the Microsoft Store, but it do not show in my library. How to fix it?

I bought Microsoft Windows 10/11 from the Microsoft Store long ago (2018). Now I'm trying to change it to a new PC, but I can't find it in my library in this account, it just shows Windows 10/11 when I log out from this account (There is a Purchase Order of it in this account). This makes me can't Activate the new PC. What can I do about it? Noted: I have already tried deactivating the Windows activation.
