Hello!! I have been trying to contact Microsoft Support directly, but apparently that isn't something you can do. I have been trying to download and install update KB5050094. It seems to go through the whole process, but after it reaches 99% complete it errors out. I recieve the same error message as the one listed for the Citrix Session Recording Monitor issue. However, when I look for that, or anything like it, in services, I don't find anything?? Is there anyone out there that is having the same issue and managed to solve it?? I would really very much appreciate any help I can get with
