How to unlock my account when I can't even get a verification code because it says try another verification method but there's nothing else.

Please help me with this account: *** Email address is removed for privacy ***'m currently using my account for work because I can't log in using the account above to make a ticket.Problem:Sign in to unlock" below to get a security code, and then select Next. But then when I tried to log in and to get verified using the phone number it says Try another verification method. The process is on a never-ending loop. Thank you
