How to reset my pin

I reset my computer and I got a message saying “Something happened and your PIN isn’t available. Click here to set up your PIN again.” I press the button to set up a new pin, it says it sent a pin to my outlook account but I do not see anything on that account. I also cannot directly enter my email password because there is no option to do so.
