How to reset Face Recognition (Windows Hello)

I deleted an account where Facial Recognition was enabled (Windows Hello). Now, I want to activate Facial Recognition from other account, but it shows a problem pop up indicating that facial recognition is activated in another account and I must remove it from there first, but I cannot deactivate it because as I mentioned, I already deleted the account, what can I do?
