Win Hello defaulting to pin, not facial recognition.

HP Envy - Win 11 Home, fully updated.My previous, almost exactly same PC that this one has replaced & would always default to "Facial Recognition". This new PC though is always defaulting to PIN. I'm required to click on "Other Choices" to open the camera & then be logged in.The camera works as it should. When I choose the option to "face" when loading a webpage, I'm then able to log in. My questions are, is anyone else dealing with the same issue? The PIN window popping up, instead of the camera opening immediately, then able to log in, without a PIN?More directly...
