How to increase taskbar to 2 or more rows in Windows 11?

The Windows 10 taskbar was easy expandable for two or more rows by just clinking on the edge of the taskbar and dragging upwards. As I do not combine the open windows in the same icon, I often require more taskbar space.This is follow up of issue mentioned in here.There exists custom software for doing something like this, information is located behind link1 and link2. Unfortunately via latest windows 11 update ExplorerPatcher does not work anymore.I need precise date when this functionality will be restored back to windows 11. Otherwise there is no need to switch to windows 11 for me.
