Windows 11 Unlock Taskbar and Increase the height

Hello,How to unlock Windows 11 taskbar and allow me to increase the height so that I can have 2 rows to display all my applications? I'm able to do this in previous windows 10 and earlier. But since Windows 11, I couldn't do that anymore.I very DISLIKE the grouping of similar apps because I feel like I have to perform extra clicks or hoovering over the icon just to get to my app. I rather increase the taskbar height so it can store more apps for me. I find this more efficient than to try to figure out with excel spreadsheet or word doc I was working on and looking at those tiny preview win
