How to fix " the user profile service failed the sign-in. User profile cannot be loaded."

I have tried to sign into my computer but has been really frustrating. When I enter my pin it cuts me to a blue screen which says " The user profile service failed the sign-in. User profile cannot be loaded". I do not know how to fix this and is really frustrating to deal with as I have no idea what has caused this.
