How to disable the CAPS LOCK keys function?

I looked trough the web, but haven't seen this exact question anywhere, so here i go. I want to disable CAPS LOCK, but not compleatelly, just wanna make it a functionless, programmable button for games. Any idea on how am i supposed to achieve this?
