How do I disable this caps-lock notification?

[Windows 11]

I'm not sure when I updated this, but this update is starting to irritate the living heck out of me. I've done damn near everything and I'm not sure what to do. I have a Asus Zenbook running Windows 11 Home. I've tried reading other threads regarding this problem but nothing seems to work for my PC due to everyone having a different manufacturer. Please help.
