How to change the ICON for HTML / HTM files in Windows 11 File Explorer?

This is a bit convoluted so please bear with me For over 20 years ... I have used the old KOMPOZER (last vestige of Mozilla Composer) to edit HTML/HTM files Recently I had an issue that required higher HTML version than supported by KOMPOZER I sought out a solution and found SEAMONKEY ... who seems to have reproduced Navigator ... MAIL and Composer and updated it ... at least through HTML 4 ... which works for my needs I installed Seamonkey ...
