This is a bit convoluted so please bear with me For over 20 years ... I have used the old KOMPOZER (last vestige of Mozilla Composer) to edit HTML/HTM files Recently I had an issue that required higher HTML version than supported by KOMPOZER I sought out a solution and found SEAMONKEY ... who seems to have reproduced Navigator ... MAIL and Composer and updated it ... at least through HTML 4 ... which works for my needs I installed Seamonkey ... I had to create a BAT file to call the program with the -editor flag in order for .html / .htm files to open in Seamonkey Composer ... I then set the O
