How to Change My PIN Without Knowing the Old One?

Hi My Microsoft, I cannot remember my old PIN. I tried to reset it on the Microsoft website and computer settings. In computer settings it will not let me change my PIN unless I put in my old one. So, as I stated I know where to find "Change PIN" yet I do not know what to do since it is asking me to put in my old PIN in order to change it. That does not help at all being that I do not know my old PIN.
