I cannot change my current pin without knowing it. Every time I try to RESET it, it requests my old pin while following the steps.

I cannot change my current pin without knowing it. I follow the steps to do so, and it still continues to ask for my pin after signing into my account when I am following the steps to RESET my forgotten pin. HELP. PLEASE.
