how to back up files, reinstall windows 11 insider program and install back normal windows 11 cause slow connection

Hi microsoft, my bro laptop having issues with wifi connection. while in the same place at the same time , my bro only got 25mbps while my laptop and other devices got at least 100mbps.His windows is window insider program with canary program my laptop also get the same problems before and i send it to someone to repair. the repairman said that my windows need to proper clean the laptop previously ( im paying them cause i in the hurry)I know that microsoft can help me with my bro problem can you detail me how to backup files ,clean uninstall, and install normal windows 11 and not insider prog
