How do i stop my windows 11/ BIOS from crashing every now and then?

My laptop recently updated what i think to be bios through the settings app, and ever since that update I've been experiencing very annoying crashes. It only happens every now and then but it has multiple instances. the first can be that i turn my laptop on and it immediately gives me a blue screen like this one. (or it will give me a bios error that is like the blue screen except all black and only lets me press enter to restart the computer.)Once it restarts it can either do it again or will seem to load into the log in screen where another two outcomes can occur after inputting my password
