How do I speak to an actual human to resolve my microsoft account issue??

I cannnot reset the password that i nolonger remember. And i was asked for two codes. The first was sent to my email address, no problem there. The second was sent to my phone number, but it is always hours delayed. As a result, i have lost access to my account. I need a human to help me.
