How do i remove a duplicate account on family safety group

We have 2 accounts setup for a child in our Family group and are not sure how this has happened. We are trying to remove the duplicate account but get a message saying:Family members under statutory age need an adult's consent to join a family group. Only the adult that granted consent for Theo can remove this family member. Ask the family organiser who granted consent to remove the account from the family group.We are both organisers.
