How do I put Indiana jones digital code on my win11 pc .i don’t have an Xbox

Are Microsoft doing all they can to stop pc players.I purchased a digital code for Indiana jones and the great circle. Was xox and win10. Should be ok.Nowhere I can find to put it? And have no intention of getting an Xbox.Anyone.And amazon don’t refund digital codes.Should have bought from steam !
