How do I install Windows 11 after upgrading motherboard to support it?

I'm currently running Windows 10 and want to install a new motherboard that supports Windows11. To that end, I've bought a new Asus B550 Plus motherboard.I have the Windows 10 Pro product key (on the thumb drive). Do I have to buy the Windows 11 Pro product key, of can I "exchange" free?
