how do I get the finance stock ticker symbol from My Watchlist back ?

Hello, I accidentally turned off my "Finance card" in the news & interest setting on the toolbar and it disappeared. Now I cannot get the finance stock ticker tracker to come back even if i activate "finance card" in the information card settings. How do I get the "stock ticker symbol" market card to reappear in my taskbar in Windows?
