How do i get rid of these lines on my monitor

I left my PC for 3 minutes and when i came back it was like this, does this mean that the monitor is broken and i should return it or is there any way to fix this?I installed and updated all drivers. I use Nvidia gpu, DP port, the monitor is brand new. I basically tried everything and i don't know how to get rid of it.
