How do I get rid of this black bar blocking the right side of my screen?

Last week on a Sunday, I opened up my laptop and then there was glitchy lines and a black bar blocking the right side of my screen. I never broke or messed up my laptop and it came out of nowhere, I am not sure what happened.I tried resetting my laptop but it was still there, I’m not sure if the screen is damaged or not because I never messed it up. If anyone knows what is going on, please notify me, thank you.
