how do i get into my laptop when my pin doesnt work and a code hasnt been received on my recovery email?

My laptop asked me to enter my pin to access my account after entering my pin the following error message came up: "Something went wrong and your PIN isn't available (code:0xd000a002) Click here to set up your PIN again."I followed the prompts to set up a new pin however when I've asked for a code to be sent I receive nothing and it doesnt allow me to update my recovery email. I have tried to reach out to Microsoft support, with no help.. I have recovered my email still not allowing me option to update recovery email without code from recovery email..
