How do I format / add my hard drive to my pc?

[Windows 11]

Hi! So,i've only had this pc for a few months. I didn't notice at first that my hard drive was not showing up in file explorer since i guess id been using my ssd (apologies if this is wrong im not good with tech) and i was wondering how id be able to fix it. Google and youtube have only got me so far, so im stuck on this screen at the moment, unsure what to do. Here's a screenshot of my situation, the HDD should have 1TB on it.Thank you!
