How do I fix this?

[Windows 11]

I recently got a second monitor and my laptop does not have two hdmi ports, so I bought a HDMI to usb, i plugged it in and no matter what it wont work, the hdmi port is the only port to be giving display. The usb ports are also 3.0I have a 4060 ti rtx, and also AMD graphics according to my computer, i tried downloading detection drivers from amd and that didnt work.
