I accidently deleted my display adapter in my device manager (NOT THE DRIVER) the actual display adapter

I have a rtx nvidia 4060 ti graphics card the card shows up by its self on device manager but is not under anything because the display adpater is gone yes i checked hidden devices aswell (i also have a second monitor that it wont detect because of this i think) Ive been working on this all day and practically heard it all no i cant download nvidias drivers when i do it says my configuration registary is corrupt yes ive also tried deleting past drivers with ddu.I tried just completely reseting my pc on cloud and on local didnt work either I also tried getting a whole new windows to boot up on
