How do I fix startup repair?

Hi! Everytime I open my laptop, it has a bluescreen with options Troubleshoot or Turn of your PC. I tried fixing it by watching tutorials. I noticed that the tutorials have different options other than troubleshoot or turn off your pc. They sometimes have the option continue to windows 10 and restart your pc, something like that. I have tried every option inside the troubleshoot like startup repair that says it couldn't repair my pc, system restore, etc. I would like to send images for you guys to further analyze the problem if possible.
