Laptop shows bluescreen every time I try to start it

Every time I try to start my laptop, I get a bluescreen with the error code "WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR" it then prepares an automatic repair, and sends me to a screen with either 'Troubleshoot' or 'Turn off your PC'.'Troubleshoot' takes me to the Advanced options page, with the options to do a Startup Repair (does nothing), Change my firmware settings, Open the command window, Do a system restore (Tells me to restart my computer and select an operating system first) Uninstall updates (Says it ran into a problem and won't be able to uninstall the update whenever I try to uninstall a feature or
