How do I fix screen flickering black?

Hello.I’ve ran into an issue with my laptop’s screen turning black every few seconds and then going back to normal. While the screen is black, the cursor turns into a blue loading circle until the screen goes back to normal. It also refreshes all the apps I have on my desktop.During this time, it is impossible to open settings or press the windows key without a great amount of difficulty, as each time the screen goes black it closes down the things I’m trying to open (it seems to be reloading/refreshing?). It’s hard to re-open them as the tab bar on the bottom of the screen refuses to pop up w
