Screen Flickers Black + Crashes

For the last ~month, my laptop has been flickering with a black screen for 1-2 seconds, and then returning to normal. It takes inputs while the screen is off, but this happens randomly, maybe once every 5-10 minutes. In the last ~week and a half, it has progressed to my entire computer turning off at points, kicking me back to the login - again, without a really obvious cause (it happens just as often when I have Discord and nothing else open as when I'm playing a game).
