How do i bypass bitlocker

I recently turned on my laptop after a while of not using it and i stumble upon myself not being able to access my laptop because of it asking for a bitlocker recovery code i dont have a saved key on any microsoft account i read one answer saying i should reset the laptop but when i do it says "There was a problem while resetting your PC" I tried it many times and it wont reset, Please can someone help me.
