How can I re-access a Local Account after upgrading to Windows Pro?

I have just updated a Windows 11 Home Laptop to Windows Pro. It was previously logged into a local account but I have now linked the user's work account and have signed into the computer with this new account. I have since realised that the user has some information on their Sticky Notes app that I didn't copy over. I now cannot log into the Local Account - When I try to switch the user it only gives me an option to sign into a work/school account. I have clicked on Other User but it is asking me for an email address (this computer was set up a few years ago before I started so I am unsure abo
