Need to create a local user on windows 11 pro

Hello all,I need to create a local user on windows 11 pro to be accessed by all of our road technicians when they come to the office.I looked up online and found the way to do it and I believe I was successful in doing so. I used a simple user name like Technician and a simple password like 123456 just to get started. I then logged out of my user to try to log in the newly created local user. I clicked on Other Users, entered Technician and the password but got an error message saying the user password combination is incorrect.I tried the gpedit.msc and all seems to be in order but still it do
