How can I get out of the Automatic Repair loop?

I have watched so many videos and tried to read as many threads as possible that describe a similar situation to mine and I can't seem to find a solution. It seems to be in this "Automatic Repair" loop where my PC wasn't able to 'start up correctly'. These are the few things I have already tried:- I have restarted it and shut it down a countless amount of times. - Unplugged the PC and left it overnight to try again. - Tried the 'Advanced options'; which then took me to three options - either 'Continue', 'Troubleshoot' or 'Turn off your PC'.
