Hotmail account doesn't exist

I have an active subscription of $85 I was just using this email yesterday (the one that says it doesn't exist anymore) and now I am unable to login and everything used has been logged out. However, on the 2fa app, its still there. same on word, its just not useable. I spent way too much money on this email for me to lose it like this. whats going on with Microsoft?
