"Host Process for Windows Tasks" causing high CPU usage

I use a Windows 11 HP laptop with an AMD Ryzen 5 7520 U processor. In Task Manager, there's a process called "Host Process for Windows Tasks" which sometimes consumes 20-30% of my computer's CPU for around 10-30 seconds every so often (I don't know exactly how often), causing lag spikes and slow loading times. How can I reduce the CPU usage of this task?
