High CPU Usage until I open Task Manager

Noticed recently high fan speed that would stop the moment i opened Task Manager. Used AMD Adrenalin and noticed CPU usage steady at 50% until I open Task Manager. Sounds like a Crypto Miner but Malware Bytes and Windows Defender dont find anything.2 Items
