Help with Pc Crashing and Freezing

Hi please go easy on me I'm not very tech savvy my pc randomly reboots and then crashes at the home screen.there seems to be lots going on in the event log.Kernel-Power 41 (63)Windows 20CertificateServicesClient-CertEnroll 86full event log event log.zipI've followed a few things online and even had it in the shop but still have the issue.dump.zip this is something I've seen asked for on another post.
