My PC keeps freezing and rebooting, ocassionally with a bluescreen

I'm having an issue where my PC keeps frequently crashing and rebooting, sometimes this won't happen for hours, or sometimes this could happen multiple times in several minutes.I haven't found a reliable way to reproduce this and am thus struggling to understand the cause.DetailsC freezing and restarting, ocassionally with bluescreenEvent Log Error: (there are several errors leading up to the freeze/crash)- ID 56: Application Popup (I read somewhere this may be due to Nvidia driver issues, I have since updated my drivers but crashes have not been resolved)- ID 162: volmgr- ID 41: Kernel-Powe
