Help signing into my administrator account

[Windows 11]

Hi, I recently change my other microsoft account to an administrator account and when i change the account to an administrator account, I can't sign in because i need a windows hello pin and it says: (Something went wrong. We weren't able to setup your pin. You can try again or skip this step and setup a pin later.)Is there anything you guys can do, thanks in advance.
