Need help signing in my administrator account

Hi, I can't sign in to my administrator account because i need a windows hello pin and when i try to create a PIN, it says: (Something went wrong. We weren't able to setup your pin, You can try again or skip this step and setup a pin later).Is there anything you guys can do, thanks in advance.
